Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Wild. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. General Nature of Our Products
Wild primarily supplies digital content and digital services delivered electronically. Because digital delivery may occur immediately after purchase, refund rights may differ from those that apply to physical goods.
2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may exercise that right within the legal period unless an exception applies.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you acknowledge that:
- delivery or access may begin immediately after purchase; and
- if you have given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, your right of withdrawal may be lost from the moment delivery or access starts.
Where required, we will provide confirmation of your consent and the contract on a durable medium.
3. Statutory Remedies Remain Unaffected
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory legal rights if:
- we fail to deliver the Product;
- the Product does not conform to the contract;
- the Product is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase; or
- another mandatory legal remedy applies.
Where required by law and after verification of the issue, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:
- re-delivery;
- repair or correction;
- replacement access;
- price reduction; or
- full or partial refund.
4. Cases in Which a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered
Subject to applicable law and verification, we may consider a refund, re-delivery, or replacement where:
- the Product was not delivered due to a fault on our side;
- the Product was substantially not as described;
- the Product contains a verifiable technical defect that materially prevents use as described, and the issue is not caused by your device, environment, misuse, or third-party changes outside our control;
- duplicate charges occurred due to a billing error.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds will generally not be provided where:
- you changed your mind after valid digital delivery and, where required, after valid loss of the withdrawal right;
- the issue results from your device, system, software environment, or failure to follow instructions;
- the issue results from misuse, unauthorized use, or use contrary to the product description, documentation, or Terms of Service;
- the issue results from your breach of a third party's terms, rules, or policies;
- a third-party platform imposes a suspension, restriction, or ban due to your misuse of the Product or your violation of third-party rules;
- you purchased the wrong item, failed to read the product description, or made a duplicate purchase by mistake, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Third-Party Enforcement Actions
Where a Product interacts with a third-party platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful and permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bans, restrictions, hardware bans, account sanctions, or similar measures imposed by third parties due to your misuse, unauthorized use, or breach of third-party rules do not create a right to refund.
This does not affect any non-waivable legal rights you may have where a Product was not delivered or did not conform to the contract.
7. How to Request Support or a Refund Review
To request a refund review, complaint review, or delivery issue investigation, contact us through wildreseller@gmail.com or our Discord support portal at https://discord.com/invite/nUszfr7xGd and include:
- your order ID;
- the email used for purchase;
- the date of purchase;
- a clear description of the issue; and
- any relevant evidence, such as screenshots, logs, or error messages.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
The time it takes for refunded funds to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.
Unless required by law, original payment processor fees, currency conversion losses, or similar third-party charges may be non-refundable where they were not retained by Wild.
9. Business Customers
If you purchase as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly agree in writing, business purchases are final once delivery has begun.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date.
