2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Scope of Services
Wild provides digital products and related services, including software, license keys, digital content, and digital access issued by or on behalf of Wild.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, all Products are supplied as digital content or digital services and are delivered electronically.
4. Intended Use; Research and Testing Use Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wild Products are provided solely for lawful research, testing, educational, interoperability, and analysis purposes on systems, devices, software, accounts, and environments that you are authorized to access and use.
You may not use any Product:
- in violation of applicable law or regulation;
- to infringe the rights of any third party;
- to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- to evade security, access-control, anti-abuse, or anti-cheat measures where such conduct is unlawful or unauthorized;
- to violate the terms, rules, or policies of any third-party platform, publisher, provider, or service;
- for abusive automation, fraud, harassment, or unfair competitive advantage.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Products is lawful and permitted in your jurisdiction and under any third-party rules that apply to you.
5. Orders, Delivery, and Access
After successful payment, digital delivery or account activation will usually occur immediately or within the timeframe described on the checkout page or product page.
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, blocked inboxes, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. License and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms and payment in full, Wild grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for its intended purpose.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Product;
- share login credentials, license keys, loaders, or access tokens;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use the Product for the benefit of third parties as a service bureau or commercial service.
7. Third-Party Services and Platform Enforcement
Some Products may interact with third-party software, games, websites, applications, hardware, or online services that are not owned or controlled by Wild.
We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee that any third-party platform, publisher, or provider will permit, tolerate, or continue to permit the use of our Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild is not liable for suspensions, bans, hardware bans, account restrictions, loss of access, content removal, or other enforcement action imposed by any third party to the extent such action results from:
- your misuse of a Product;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of a third party's terms, rules, or policies; or
- your unlawful or unauthorized conduct.
Nothing in this Section excludes any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under mandatory law if a Product was not delivered or did not conform to the contract.
8. Updates, Compatibility, and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Products or features from time to time for security, maintenance, technical, legal, or business reasons.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the product description, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued compatibility with third-party environments, or that a Product will remain compatible after updates made by a third party.
Where mandatory law requires us to provide updates necessary to keep a digital product in conformity with the contract, we will do so as required.
9. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law grants you rights regarding non-delivery, lack of conformity, remedies, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or contract termination, those rights remain unaffected.
10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right applies unless a legal exception applies.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly agree that:
- supply may begin immediately after purchase, and
- if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, your withdrawal right may be lost from the moment supply begins.
Where required by law, we will provide the relevant confirmations on a durable medium.
11. Defects, Non-Conformity, and Support
If you believe a Product was not delivered or does not conform to the contract, contact us at wildreseller@gmail.com or through our Discord support portal at https://discord.com/invite/nUszfr7xGd with your order details and a description of the issue.
We may ask for reasonable information necessary to verify the problem, such as order ID, device information, logs, screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue.
We will review eligible complaints and provide the remedy required by applicable law or, where appropriate, another reasonable solution such as re-delivery, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and Products, including software, code, design, text, graphics, branding, and documentation, are owned by Wild or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times;
- defects will always be corrected;
- the Services will be compatible with every device, operating system, game, platform, or third-party service; or
- third parties will continue to allow interaction with the Products.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or mandatory consumer remedies.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms;
- you used the Services unlawfully or abusively;
- your activity creates security, legal, or operational risk for us or others; or
- we are required to do so by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
Where appropriate, we may also deactivate licenses, invalidate access credentials, or refuse future orders.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of [Jurisdiction], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
